Bio

Karen has been registered as a Psychologist in the Clinical Scope of Practice since 1995. She has worked in a private psychology practice in Wellington as well spending many years working in the mental health sector of the public health system. She has been in both Clinical Psychology and leadership roles. Karen is friendly and approachable. Karen’s clinical psychology practice is based under the umbrella of cognitive therapy, including acceptance and commitment therapy as well as family systems and relationships.
