Bio

A clinician at Psychology Associates since 2004 and Director since 2008, Cindy’s current practice includes assessment and treatment using primarily cognitive-behavioural therapy. Her particular focus is using warmth and humour to assist people to learn strategies to improve their lives and attain their goals. Prior to working at Psychology Associates, Cindy had positions at the University of Otago and Dunedin Hospital.

Cindy lives on the harbour with her husband, two children, a dog and four cats. A keen gardener and photographer, she enjoys the outdoors but also loves to curl up with a good book and some soul music.
